BELEN DEL AMO

Founder

Belen was a banker at JP Morgan, a consultant at Accenture, and became one the youngest Senior Directors 

to lead a commercial franchise at the CEB (now Gartner).  In 2010, she joined Egon Zehnder, where she focused on executive assessment and C-suite development. Recruited as the Head of Talent at Open Society Foundations- George Soros' global philanthropy- she built the OE and L&D  functions, and later she became their Global Head of Human Resources.  She co-founded Perez Fitzgerald, an executive resilience advisory firm in 2015, and expanding the remit of their work launched 3VERS in 2019.


A Scot & Spaniard, mother of 2, raised in 21 cities across 4 continents, Belen thrives in times of change. She has studied in 8 educational systems, co-authored case studies with INSEAD's Global Leadership Center, published thought pieces with the Spanish Ministry of Defense, and written the award winning book How to Thrive by Building Resilience, as well as Padres Resilientes, Hijos Resilientes. She is a member of the British Psychological Association, a certified RYT200 Yoga Teacher and Children's Certified Yoga Teacher.


Belen holds 3 Bachelors from the University of Pennsylvania (Summa Cum Laude), an MSc from the London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD. She speaks fluent Spanish, English, Italian and French.
