Nandini was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Procurement Leaders (PL) in
March 2017 after joining as COO in September 2015.
PL serves 33,000 senior procurement and supply chain executives from 700 major worldwide
corporations, providing a unique intelligence platform with in-depth insights, practical tools and
access to an unrivalled expert network.
Nandini is an experienced senior executive with 20+ years of expertise in business growth, scale and
transformation internationally. She commenced her career with EY Management Consulting in
APAC. Subsequently she served as Executive Committee member of CEB leading teams in North
America, EMEA and India. Post CEB she was at Opower (now Oracle), where she was SVP and MD,
tasked with launching their EMEA business and supporting their successful Nasdaq IPO.
Nandini holds an M Sc. in Economics and Development from the LSE and completed her
undergraduate studies in Economics, Management and Psychology from the University of St
Andrews, Scotland. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, TechLondon Advocate and Board
Trustee & Treasurer for St Hilda’s East Community Centre.
