ABOUT 3VERS
With years of experience in the c-suite and leadership advisory space working with 85% of the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100, and since launching Perez Fitzgerald, a resilience advisory firm in 2014, we learned how to best teach resilience to corporate clients in a scientifically backed pragmatic way. Fuelled by our passion to help others become their best selves, we decided to expand the remit of our work beyond the c-suite to bring leading insights from neuroscience, positive psychology and our time spent both in the c-suite as well as teaching the c-suite, to private individuals, entrepreneurs, parents, and educators, alongside executives and their organisations.

"When I arrived at Sabadell mid-season, with the club fighting to stay clear of relegation, the one thing we didn't have was time. Getting to know the squad quickly was a competitive advantage. The psychometrics gave us the cheat sheet: they validated our instincts and, in some cases, showed us things that would have taken much longer to confirm. We quickly identified which players were most likely to struggle under pressure, how to adapt our sessions to a squad that was more introverted than we expected, who needed closer support in the difficult moments, and who had the profile to become genuine leaders in the dressing room.
