Ana’s international executive career spans a successful transition between cultures, industries and business models.

She was China Country manager for a Spanish commercial airline and Asia Pacific Manager for a food additives company before being awarded a full tuition scholarship to complete her MBA at INSEAD. After graduation she worked for Avon Cosmetics where she was Country Manager in Vietnam and later moved to London to join the leadership team at onefinestay- a start-up that redefined the paradigm of hospitality, which was later acquired by Accor hotels.

Reflecting on the balance between her professional achievements and her needs and ambitions as a person, she realigned priorities to create the space for having both a family and a fulfilling career. Ana is now a mum and has worked at the forefront of healthcare innovation during her time at The Helix Center- Imperial College London.

Ana is passionate about creating growth and helping others frame, plan and achieve results. As an accredited leadership coach she joins the 3VERS team to implement our ventures, kids and executive programs.
